I finally got around to folding one of the paper templates described in my previous blog post "Templates for Asymmetric Integer Tetrahedra". I printed it on an A4 sheet of paper and folded it into the solid shape shown. Folding the creases in the opposite direction will make the mirror image shape. The edge lengths are relative. It could be drawn to 1 cm scale if desired, and would fit on one page.
